Are you an experienced consultant professional with a passion for pensions and a knack for providing top-notch client service? WTW Ireland is seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Contribution team as a Pension Consultant!
As a Pension Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading organizations, helping them navigate the complexities of pension schemes and retirement planning. You'll play a key role in advising clients on their defined contribution pension arrangements, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored pension solutions to meet their unique needs.
Provide expert guidance on defined contribution pension schemes, including design, implementation, and ongoing management.
Conduct detailed analysis of pension arrangements, investment options, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional client service.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement.
The Requirements
Relevant professional qualifications i.e., QFA, RPA, or similar.
Proven experience in pensions consulting or related field, with an understanding of defined contribution schemes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
