WTW Analista Placement - CSO in Medellín, Colombia
Based in Medellín, Colombia, the position of Placement Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the Insurers' sending of the quotes requested according to the client's needs for the P&C and Affinity lines; analyze the quotes and make comparative tables of the different offers to send to the client for decision making. Support in the Placement Operational process of creating OT in IBIS
The Role
Support the quote process in the Property and Affinity lines of all Insurers according to the needs raised by the clients.
Follow up with the insurance market so that they send quotes as requested and within the SLAs agreed upon with clients.
Analyze proposals and fill out a comparative table for sending to the client - Support the different operational activities of the Placement Area
Generation of management reports for requested quotes
The Requirements
Business Administrator or related areas
Minimum two years of experience in quoting processes for P&C and Affinity lines.
Expanded technical knowledge in AllRisks material damage, transportation, SMEs, home, automobile, personal lines Medium-high level knowledge in Excel
Proven interpersonal skills, to include communication and negotiation.
Self-motivated and ability to work on own and to tight timescales.
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
Experience working with different countries and cultures is an advantage.
