The Investment Consulting division supports occupational pension schemes in all matters relating to capital investment. Above all, we support pension investors in portfolio construction and implementation, as well as in the definition and implementation of climate related ESG targets in the portfolio.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Investment Analyst.

What can you expect?

In the first one to two years, you will mainly support the senior analysts in the operational business in the following tasks:

• Defining our clients' investment principles and ESG and climate goals;

• Implementation of deterministic and stochastic asset-liability studies (ALM studies) for the development of a long-term investment strategy;

• Support the selection of suitable asset managers for the asset classes underlying the investment strategy;

• Support implementation of the investment strategy;

• Preparation of quantitative and qualitative performance analyses and ESG reporting of client portfolios;

• Preparation and participation of/at appointments with clients, in particular investment committee meetings.

What do you bring to the table?

• A successfully completed degree in finance, business administration/economics, business mathematics, management (Bachelor's or Master's);

• Initial practical experience through study-related jobs or internships welcome – ideally in the field of investment consulting or portfolio management;

• Willingness to undergo further professional training. WTW supports employees in achieving additional qualifications such as training as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA);

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken;

• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, customer-oriented action, structured and analytical thinking;

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;

• Ideally first experience with VBA.
