WTW Health and Benefits Placement Specialist in Cairo, Egypt

Role:

Clients

  • Understand and effectively articulate carrier-specific strengths and weaknesses.

  • Build strong relationship with insurance carriers’ teams.

  • Effectively manage carrier placement negotiations, including for larger, more complex clients.

  • Identify target carriers/ vendors and design/ distribute RFPs.

  • Manage follow-up questions/requests from the carriers/vendors.

  • Collect, summarize, and analyze proposal findings; make recommendations for finalist carriers.

  • Advice consultants on current market landscape.

  • Understand client’s business and risk appetite and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing servicing.

Excellence

  • Ensures compliance with Willis Towers Watson compliance guidelines and procedures, adherence to Excellence Model.

  • Enter data accurately into pre-established formats for analysis as required; assist in customizing formats as needed.

  • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes.

Financial

  • Identify appropriate markets and determine placement strategy.

  • Negotiates with carrier’s prices and coverages.

  • Provides insight into market dynamics and changes in service proposition.

People

  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

  • Complete mandated trainings.

  • Provide timely/quality feedback to service team members; assist team members in acquiring new skills.

  • Ensure effective relationship and communication with all stakeholders both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Preferably ACII qualified or educated to degree level.

  • Relevant Health & Benefits experience and expertise, minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.

  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with consultants & carriers.

  • Ability to handle client meetings and communication when needed.

  • Languages: English and Arabic are essential. Proficiency in other regional languages would be a great advantage.

  • IT: Knowledge of standard Microsoft packages is essential.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to represent Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility.
