WTW ICT Division Line of Business Leader for North America in Dallas, Texas

Would you like to contribute to our ambitious growth plans and lead sales and delivery resources to execute on our integrated business strategy? Do you want to be responsible for motivating colleagues and fostering a sales culture across our North America (NA) Life teams to deliver top- and bottom-line results? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our ICT Americas Leadership Team as an NA Division LOB Leader, responsible for the direction and performance of our Life teams, in support of the overall ICT Americas strategy.

The Role

  • Participate fully in the ICT line of business and the achievement of the overall ICT business plan and budget

  • Implement and integrate sales strategies and culture across NA Life teams to achieve financial targets for the NA Life Practice

  • Create strategic staffing plans and execute all people processes (e.g., recruiting, training and development, goal setting and performance management and compensation/bonus /promotion recommendations) based on strategic direction and priorities established for ICT Americas

  • Lead initiatives to increase colleague engagement and reduce regrettable attrition

  • Identify and develop the next generation of leaders and bench for key roles

  • Build and maintain relationships across client organizations driving high client satisfaction

  • Meet ambitious sales targets (both individual and across the Division), operating as a highly respected and market-facing sales leader

  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership, and support the development and dissemination of intellectual capital

  • Champion Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and foster a strong community culture

  • Demonstrate and promote a strong culture of Excellence and consistently manage risk to within acceptable levels by ensuring appropriate governance and work quality processes are adopted

  • Promote WTW as a leader in the market with superior industry knowledge, insights and solutions

The Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in an actuarial role at a life insurance company, consulting firm, or financial services organization

  • Extensive understanding of and experience in Life insurance operations, including actuarial, pricing, distribution, product development and technical areas

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals

  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple teams and deliverables

  • Proven success in senior client management, sales leadership and successful pipeline development in the Life market and/or insurance consulting firms

  • Ambition to help clients and potential clients succeed across an evolving risk landscape

  • Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness and integrity

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and oral) skills and interpersonal skills, and the ability to forge relationships at senior levels with our clients and within our organization

  • Meticulous and analytical, confident in problem solving and decision making

  • Professional designations such as FSA preferred

  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary range being offered for this role ranges [$320,000-$420,000] USD per year, commensurate with experience and skills & competencies.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
