WTW Senior Associate - Research in Gurgaon, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate with a post-graduate degree in Economics to join our team. The Research Associate will work on diverse projects using various research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Responsibilities –
Work on primary research (survey) projects through data analysis and visualisation.
Manage medium-level technical difficulty projects, both short-term and long-term.
Support senior research associates in their ongoing research and development projects.
Develop relationship with the consultants and support them with any research requirement.
Ensure quality of research output, streamline, and improve project delivery.
Advance new approaches and techniques within the research teams.
Post-graduate degree in Economics is mandate or a related field from a reputable institution.
1-2 years of experience in economic research, through academic projects or professional roles.
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of econometrics.
Proficiency in data analysis software such as Stata or other relevant tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality research outputs.
