WTW HR Specialist (Colleague Listening & Talent Management) in Manila, Philippines

About the role: The Talent, Development & Engagement team is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for scoping, delivering, and leading global projects within the Centre of Expertise primarily focusing on colleague listening activities (such as pulse surveys, focus groups and data analysis) and talent management activities (such as talent reviews and succession planning) which help WTW to build robust future pipelines and provide focused development planning. Reporting to the Global Talent Management & Engagement Director you will drive impactful initiatives.

The candidate will be expected to work standard Eastern U.S. or U.K. hours.

About the Talent, Development & Engagement Team: Our global team, situated within the HR function, is dedicated to enhancing the colleague experience through best practices in development, performance and talent management. We prioritize an enhanced listening strategy to measure our impact. Our pillars encompass Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Colleague Listening/Engagement, Performance & Career Management, and Talent Management.

Role responsibilities:

Lead projects

  • Design and develop engaging and strategic solutions collaborating with stakeholders. Your primary focus will be global solutions in the Colleague Listening and Talent Management space

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, scope new projects, propose solutions, and drive activities to completion. Balancing tactical deliverables with strategic priorities is essential

  • Lead on all colleague listening surveys, with the Employee Experience Team (EX), COE Leads and other HR stakeholders. Oversee multiple aspects of the project such as internal language translations, data privacy reviews, IT follow ups, colleague inquiry triage, and collating data

Listen to needs and promote resources

  • Create awareness for new and existing offerings from our team through effective communication plans utilizing various channels

  • Upskill HR colleagues to share our resources providing them with necessary materials such overview decks or addressing FAQs

  • Gather feedback on our team’s offerings, identify gaps, and anticipate emerging needs of HR and WTW colleagues. Provide recommendations to address these needs and evaluate the relevancy of existing materials

Broad team support

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends within our field, understanding the principles and objectives of Talent, Development and Engagement priorities. Coach HR colleagues and suggest enhancements to existing offerings

  • Role model inclusive leadership and being an ally, seeking opportunities to incorporate I&D approaches in our offerings

  • Promote a culture of feedback by cultivating personal feedback habits, leading by example, and experimenting with new process and tools to enhance feedback loops

Role requirements:

  • Previous HR experience in talent reviews, succession planning and colleague listening surveys is ideal

  • Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating the ability to embrace change and personal resilience

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, influencing across the enterprise, countries and cultures

  • Ability to manage workflows independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

  • Skilled in creating simple and engagingcommunications tailored to various audiences, facilitating meaningful discussions using PowerPoint

  • Strong research and data analysis skills

  • Proven track record of leading end to end HR projects

  • Self-awareness of the impacts of change and personal resilience

  • Global experience is an asset

  • Desire to contribute to an inclusive team atmosphere and organizational culture
