The Role

We are looking for a motivated Azure DevOps Administrator with proven experience in administering Azure DevOps. As an Azure DevOps Admin, you will implement end to end DevOps solutions, leverage best practices while partnering with application development teams. The successful candidate will work in a team that supports Willis Towers Watson Finance, HR and Marketing departments.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities :

• Design and build CI/CD DevOps pipeline and work with other teams to integrate best practices.

• Develop automation scripts for efficient creation of infrastructure using Terraform.

• Develop automation scripts for deployment and operations of cloud and virtualization systems using YAML pipelines.

• Assess existing environments for opportunities to simplify, automate and improve efficiency of technical processes.

• Develop automation scripts for efficient deployment and operations of cloud and virtualization systems.

• Work with Solution Architects to implement analytics reporting infrastructure and applications.

• Advanced troubleshooting including analyzing trace and log files in an Azure environment, opening service requests and driving problem resolution.

• Implementing security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure

• Utilizing Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and other automation tools to streamline operations.

• Training team members on DevOps practices and tools.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required

• 5+ years experience on administrating and operating infrastructure on an Azure cloud

• Extensive background of Azure cloud computing and migrations.

• Experience in using Terraform for resource provisioning to Azure Cloud required.

• Experience with other infrastructure as code tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or OpenTofu.

• Experience creating CI/CD Pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Azure Synapse and ADF Pipelines.

• Experience automating applications, infrastructure deployments, and application code repositories using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Repositories.

• Must have strong knowledge of Azure DevOps automation, source control, configuration management, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipeline stacks.

• Experience creating and managing YAML based Azure Dev Ops pipelines.

• Working Knowledge of (GIT) Code repositories.

• Experience writing PowerShell scripts for Azure automation tasks, infrastructure deployment, and system administration.

• Familiarity with Python scripting for cloud automation, data manipulation, and API integrations.

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Certification is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required
