WTW Senior Revenue Analyst in New York, New York

The Role:

Strategic support of the North American CRB Leadership, to include, but not limited to:

  • Act as a valued strategic partner to Finance, Client Service/Operations, IVD Strategy & Execution Leaders and Sales Operations to enable timely delivery of accurate revenue forecasts, leveraging information from all stakeholders to provide leadership with the data needed to make accurate forecast projections and drive superior financial performance

  • Work with Finance and Industry leadership to ensure inputs to the monthly forecasts are accurate and consistently interpreted. Work with Finance and Business leadership on identifying and solving performance issues and shape the long-term business strategy.

  • Assist industry divisions/regions/business units in updating plan and new & expanded forecast.

  • Support development and facilitation of monthly and quarterly business review (QBR) materials in collaboration with FP&A, Operations, Sales Ops, and HR

  • Help design tools for data management, reporting, and automation. Advocate for these tools and ensure stakeholders stay connected and informed.

  • Monitor timeliness and quality of billing activities, including required account/client level reconciliations and analysis. Assist Operations in follow-up related to accounts receivable and collections activities that improve overall Free Cash Flow position across North America. Diagnose issues and work with leadership to solve problems when they arise.

  • Work with respective businesses to define and monitor performance metrics for improved accountability.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on our various financial and operational systems, including EPIC, Eclipse, CRM/Dynamics, with comprehensive knowledge of how data flows through our systems and into the monthly forecasts owned by Finance. Work with IT and Finance to improve functionality and governance of these systems.

  • Maintains integrity and excellent professional judgment while exhibiting unquestioned discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience of hands-on data analysis with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. Experience in financial analysis or accounting is a plus.

  • Detailed understanding of revenue recognition standards.

  • Experience reconciling data from disparate systems with minimal documentation.

  • Advanced analytical skill set- ability to analyze data and process problems, develop solutions, direct efforts, and monitor progress.

  • Must be able to work independently and lead team projects, as required.

  • Must display high interpersonal skills.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills

  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of business intelligence and data management tools. Candidates should feel comfortable analyzing data in a wide variety of formats.

  • Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
