WTW Rewards Consultant in Stockholm, Sweden

The team

The Work & Rewards Business in WTW consists of three practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients.

The WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice provides insight and advice to a large and diversified portfolio of clients that are headquartered mainly in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the Nordic countries (we are organized as a multinational cluster). In addition, we partner with colleagues across the world daily to support our global and multinational clients. The Role

As Rewards Consultant, you will be partnering with clients to work on broader rewards related projects, but also providing survey and remuneration consulting support to clients. You will be focused on further growing the business, manage relationships with clients and selling our B2B services and products.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Partner with clients to design rewards programs to attract and retain talent.

  • Advise and consult with companies on their rewards practice.

  • Serve as lead consultant on client projects.

  • Manage client projects and facilitating the development of less experienced colleagues.

  • Finalize and effectively present client deliverables.

  • Develop trusted client relationships by providing active support and high quality consulting advice.

  • Contribute to new business development by raising client awareness of products and services and identify cross selling opportunities.

  • Provide and sell up-to-date insights, industry and market focused benchmark reports.

  • Building strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Europe.

  • Support intellectual capital development in the Rewards Line of Business.

Roll out a wide variety commercial activities

The requirements

  • At least 5 years work experience in a broad based consulting house or in-house HR rewards role.

  • A good understanding of rewards issues and the broader HR environment.

  • Strong client relationship management skills. Sales mindset.

  • Experience in data management (perhaps gained through the management of an HR system or pay review process) or experience through survey or rewards consulting.

  • You have excellent analytical skills, are accurate and have attention to details.

  • Good organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities.

  • You are interested in discovering the consulting environment and can’t wait to work with multiple clients across the world in a fast paced and commercial environment.

  • Ability to be a self-starter, initiative-taker, work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality.

  • Fluency in English is required. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
